Flavor is good. My husband usually avoids "healthy" snacks has been eating these. Texture not consistent as another reviewer commented, some crunchy some softer, which can be good as give different mouth feel experience and flavor is still the same. I use some of the softer ones in tea instead and they release flavor and aroma very nicely.
